Returns

• Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Kindly provide clear photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

• Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
